This table knife set by Opinel beautifully compliments your dinner table. The appearance of these knives is clearly related to traditional French Pocket knives. The steel ring between blade and handle is polished on the side of the blade and matte finished on the other side. The flattening on the right side is a thoughtful touch. This keeps the knife firmly in place beside your plate, so it doesn’t roll away.
The blade is made of rust resistant 12C27-Sandvik steel. The blade is much sharper than the average table knife and cuts your meat as smoothly as you can wish for. These knives stay the most beautiful if you wash them by hand and do not put them in the dishwasher.
