The Hi-Heat Silicon Flexsil Lid – 1/3 Size is a revolutionary re-usable product.  It is designed to reduce the use of Plastic Film Wrap & Al-Foil, on Gastronorm & Steam Pans used in commercial kitchens.

This re-usable lid was primarily designed for keeping foodstuffs fresher longer in steam pans when stored in fridges or cool rooms.  However amazingly, it is capable of being frozen and used when cooking.
